Shadowing skies that turn the night
Swallow you whole, your mind's the toll
Death's around, the scythe is come
To gather the dead and raise them up
----------------------------------------
All is forfeit in this world of pain and infinite chaos
The Nebulous mist commits to you alone, the rest is lost
Darkness eats you up alive and dead, there's no going back
Deeper still into the fog you delve, to lightless black
Possessed mist, nebulous, descends upon us all
Ending life, determining the fate, of sage and fool
Rising to eradicate the weak, leave only the strong
A glorious doom, sparing those who'll become!
---------------------------------------
Rotting of earth, mind enslaved.
One foot in the muck, one foot in the grave.
Burning of men, the nebulous thrum
Of those who will die, and those who will become
---------------------------------------
Blackening of the teeth. Rotting corpse decays
Killing fields fill up. The nebulous mist erupts!
Insanity reveals how the fog fills your mind
Losing cells by the count… to an insurmountable amount!
---------------------------------------
Now the world is in shade. All the Earth is a grave.
And you're the reason to believe that evil will never leave!
Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
Great album!! Kyle is the man. Great death and thrash metal. The guitar work is amazing. Just get the album 10/10. Kitchener metal at it's best. So many great songs, it's hard to pick one. Mark Arruda
This album being played over the PA system at the museum where Salvador Dali's "The Persistence of Memory" is housed is what caused the faces of the clocks in the painting to melt. meeko
